Pricing/How to Order

Prices are below. I do this for enjoyment so the prices are low because of this. I know in the past, photographers have charged up to $23 per 5x7. I think that is a little crazy. Even as a professional photographer, I never gouged anyone. If you think the prices are unreasonable, talk to me about it. If you want more then 10 pics in one size, then we can get you a discount. The prices include processing and shipping *to me*, I have the prints done out of state and they are sent to me (I upload the originals to my account and they process and send). This takes about 3-5 days after I order them. Shipping to you is a dollar or two, more if you order a large amount of pics. Your final price will be known to you before you order

How to order. ***UPDATE*** Ordering is a little more High-Tech now.. I couldn't stand it so I wrote a small order application. You don't pay with it or anything, it just lets me manage my orders better. If paying by check I'll contact you about the address to mail it to. I'm around email almost all day so my responses to questions should be very quick.

Pictures you receive will *not* have my copyright watermark printed on them like you see in the examples gallery or the border with titles like you see in the large examples, that is simply for show here. (Unless you *really* want those things on your picture). :)

All pictures are in color on Metallic paper which gives them a nice reflective surface and makes the colors pop. Black and white conversion *is* possible if you are interested.

10x15 - $15.00 (this is like an 11x14 reversed, this is due to the pics being longer then higher)

CD: CD's can contain one picture or everything I have of you. You can order up to twenty pics per CD. CD's are $15 each no matter if you have 1-20 pictures on it. Now, since I don't have 20 pics of you, then maybe you have a friend that was there and you could split the cost.... Ahh, now you are getting it.. (Yes, I just explained how to scam me) ;) The reason for the price is that I am sending you an original, which you can then take and have printed somewhere. My Digimarc remains *inside* (not-visable) of the picture. The pictures you receive will be original size and "corrected". *Most photographers will not give you an original and even I won't give clients original's on CD but since this was done "for fun" I'm a little more relaxed about my copyright for these images.

If you are interested in larger then 11x14, let me know and we can discuss prices. Enlargements can be made up to 20x30.

Payments

Payments can be made via check or money order or via PayPal. Checks will clear my bank before I deli ever your pics. If you live in DFW and want to meet me in person around the Plano area (to save on shipping) that is also possible, just let me know.

Quality and what you see here vs. what you will get. (Examples)

Please make sure you go through the entire gallery if you are looking for a picture of yourself. On average I got between 3-5 pictures of each rider. It is unlikely I missed you completely unless you only went out once. I did not shoot every heat. If you saw me on the in-field of turn one then it is almost certain I got your picture.

Below is a pretty average picture of what was caught out on the track. Some pictures will of course just have better rider position, backgrounds, etc. (A few even have the stock cars running on the oval behind). The "after" result is what you will get when you order. I give this example because it would be extremely time consuming to "correct" each of the 500+ pictures in the gallery. The after result is what you will get when you order. The originals are around 3500x3000 or there about depending on cropping. The gallery examples are 80% smaller then originals and are EXTREMELY low quality versions. You can see a higher resolution size example below. This image was cropped, burned, dodged, hand color corrected and then rendered again for detail. Not all pics will require all of that, bottom line, you will get a well corrected picture. All monitors are different so what you are seeing may differ from what others see. However, pictures you order, either on CD or prints, will be properly color corrected. Shipping for this is a buck or two depending on where you live.
